A bridal cake created with the bride's gown in mind.. she wore a muted pewter gown with fabric draping across the bodice and up onto the shoulder with Swarovski crystals featuring on the shoulder and hip. 3 tiers of chocolate fudge cake filled with dark chocolate ganache with a hint of Cointreau.
